Replacing fragmented reporting with a modern, governed analytics platform

Many public sector organisations are running critical reporting off a patchwork of Excel files and manual extracts. We design and build proper data platforms: medallion architecture, governed Power BI dashboards, a single source of truth. Teams stop fighting their data and start using it. This is work we know inside out, and it's one of the clearest wins available to Irish public bodies right now.

AI & Data

Making large document libraries searchable with AI, entirely on your own infrastructure

Organisations with large policy libraries, procedural documents, or knowledge bases spend enormous amounts of time on manual search. We build AI-assisted retrieval systems that run fully on-premise, with no data leaving the network, and meet the governance requirements of public bodies and regulated industries. The technology is mature; most organisations just haven't had someone build it for them properly yet.

Some organisations have decent data but no structured way to use it. We do end-to-end capability builds: tooling selection, governance frameworks, initial reporting layer, and where needed, support with hiring and onboarding the right people. The goal is a function that keeps running after we leave, not a dependency on us.

Synthetic test data and AI-generated test coverage for software teams

Testing against production data usually means privacy and compliance risk, and hand-writing test cases doesn't scale with delivery speed. We build synthetic data generators that produce realistic, non-sensitive datasets for test and staging environments, and use AI to generate and maintain test case coverage as an application evolves. Safer environments, and QA that keeps pace with the codebase instead of trailing behind it.
